Patio Deck

The repair work was better than expected, excellent workmanship and quality materials.I would not hesitate to have Covenant do any of my projects in the future. Glad I found them for this project and hope to use them in the future .

My daughters volunteered to paint for me got paint on the carpet and didn’t use a primer before hand, so the walls were bleeding through the paint. These guys came and did a great job of cleaning up the mess. I will be using them for all of my future projects.

I had a worn deck replaced with composite decking and a new screened porch added. Will, owner, explained work to be completed in detail and frequently checked on the project. Workers showed up timely, worked all day, skilled, answered my questions. Start to completion was 4 weeks, looks awesome! I’ve received multiple compliments from the neighbors. Now enjoying it!

Our front porch ceiling was literally falling down due to water damage from the leaking roof. I had a couple of very expensive quotes from several companies but no one would call me back to schedule the rebuild. Will answered the phone himself, was forthright with his schedule being out 4-5 weeks, but he would come and a take a look. He came the next day and emailed a written quote for repairs, not a rebuild, 2 days later. He saved us a ton of money by replacing only what was needed and it rebuilding from scratch. We did end up go over the quoted amount by a small amount, but that was only because they came across a couple of hidden structural pieces that were unexpectedly needing to be replaced.The thing I most appreciated was his constant communication and updates with supplies, timing, what needed to be done next. His guys arrived in the AM and worked hard until the job was finished. Integrity and honesty go a long way. We will definitely be using Will and his guys for future house projects! Thanks Will!

Will and his crew put a new composite deck on the back of our home. From demolition to completion of the new deck these guys were phenomenal. We had it inspected by the county, they passed with flying colors. We have had so many compliments from neighbors. They really took their time and did the job right. Thank you again guys! We absolutely love our new deck.

We had our wooden deck and railing replaced with vinyl decking and aluminum railing by Covenant Contracting. We obtained multiple quotes and they were the lowest in price and with a portion of their profits going to religious foundations, they were the right choice for us. They performed the work in the time frame promised and completed the work in one day. This was possible because of the skilled workers who did the work in a professional manner and were knowledgeable of the construction techniques needed for the materials that were used.
