I had a couple of very expensive quotes from several companies but no one would call me back to schedule the rebuild. Will answered the phone himself, was forthright with his schedule being out 4-5 weeks, but he would come and a take a look. He came the next day and emailed a written quote for repairs, not a rebuild, 2 days later. He saved us a ton of money by replacing only what was needed and it rebuilding from scratch. We did end up go over the quoted amount by a small amount, but that was only because they came across a couple of hidden structural pieces that were unexpectedly needing to be replaced.The thing I most appreciated was his constant communication and updates with supplies, timing, what needed to be done next. Will and his crew put a new composite deck on the back of our home. From demolition to completion of the new deck these guys were phenomenal. We had it inspected by the county, they passed with flying colors. We have had so many compliments from neighbors. They really took their time and did the job right. Thank you again guys!
